How do I become a Local?

Answer:

After creating your Traveler profile, you can create a Local profile based on the Traveler profile.

How do I log out of my account?

Answer:

Go to your account settings and select “Sign Out”.

Navigate to the profile section in the app and tap on the pencil icon next to the information you want to change.

How do I book an activity with a Local?

Answer:

Search for a suitable Local, select a date and time, choose an activity, and click on “Finish booking”.

How can I cancel a booking?

Answer:

Go to your bookings, tap on the booking you wish to cancel, and select “Cancel”.

How do I tip/pay the Local or receive the tip as a Local?

Answer:

For now payment or tip payment occurs after the booking ends. It is on a voluntary basis and is a sign that you were satisfied with the local.
